Artwork entitled »In Between Denied Citizens« primarily deals with a complex process of identity and identification of the individual in society. It covers the issue of globalization, international migration, expansion and development of identity movements of women, homosexuals, disabled and others. Every cultural society is faced with the identity crisis. We are talking about the social and political exclusion in the de-and re-territorialisation of bodies and lives, since the clear biopolitical gesture pushed them into the position of “denied citizens”. Such forms of domination over the “bare life,” allow the neoliberal capitalist society the implementation of the exemplary biopolitics.
