There was a Banksy stolen in London in the district of Haringey. The street art painting was fixed at the wall of the discounter Poundland. The world press made reports. Neither Banksy nor Poundland commented the thievery. The fresh stucco at the place at the wall, where the Banksy was placed, was just drying, when the stolen Banksy appears at Fine Art Auctions Miami in an todays (23.02.2013) auction. The price is been fixed to 500000 to 700000 Dollars. Three bids are still received… In London im Stadtteil Haringey wurde vor dem Billigkaufhaus Poundland ein Banksy von der Wand heruntergerissen – gestohlen. Die Weltpresse berichtete. Weder Banksy noch Poundland kommentierten den Diebstahl. Der frische Putz der an der Stelle wo einst das Kunstwerk hing war kaum getrocknet, da tauchte der vermisste Banksy im Auktionshaus Fine Art Auctions Miami wieder auf. Am heutigen Samstag dem 23.02.2013 soll der Banksy dort für 500000 bis 700000 Dollar den Besitzer wechseln. Drei Angebote sind schon eingegangen…

Besuden is painting antideterministic art. For the first time at the beginning of the new century (2005) in London the question is raised, whether deterministic attributes of modern painting (new, authentic, antidecorative, scandalous) must be fundamentally reconsidered. In 2009 the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung published a report about the Transition Gallery in London, and their new appreciation of art under the heading: 'we need more dilettantes'. In this case the scandal is not intended to create a better saleability. Art musnt be no longer new, authentic, anti-decorative to be serious art. The anti-deterministic artist is allowed to paint old, anti-authentic, decorative but in a new dogmatical style. With every peace of art, corresponding with the above mentioned characteristics, the artists turns against the dictate of the ruling dogmatics.
