Dawn (sold) Painting

After attending the College of William and Mary, art remained a passion but a sideline while I nurtured a successful marketing career. While on a month-long painting immersion, I had an epiphany and resigned all marketing clients so I could paint full time. Thanks to my former life in marketing, I have plenty of fodder for my artwork, which often reflects life's quirks, favorite places and humorous situations. I want the viewer to feel like he or she is part of the painting emotionally and even physically. In fact, my favorite art format is the 3-dimensional paintings that are literally off-the-wall (body parts or other elements protrude from the canvas; several included on this site). www.moonshadow.design
