About The Artwork
Oil painting of uncooked steak painted in my studio with daylight window open. It was inspired by the steep cliffs and coves around the Palos Verdes Peninsular where I frequently paint landscapes and seascapes. Hence the term "meatscape" with is striking resemblance to the local topography.
