Oil on triangular canvas (a very deep frame - 17.5 cm, angled*) An experimental piece and a return of sorts to skies and the seasons as inspiration for my work. I love the plummy shades in this piece. Edges are painted black and the piece is strung with picture wire to the back, ready to hang. The frame is 3-dimensional in that its sides slope inwards, it is not a standard right angled frame. So the front triangle is 60 x 60 x 60 cm and the back is 25 x 25 x 25 cm. *I don't really think that the true depth of the frame comes across in the additional photos of the piece, so to be sure I recommend that you double-check with a tape measure that the depth will be suitable prior to making a purchase. Due to how far this piece projects from the wall I would suggest that it is unsuitable for hanging in a throroughfare (hallway or such). I have found that it works well in a stairwell or nook, high up and far away from heads to bang!
