(ELIZABETH BARRETT BROWNING) 'Desolation, Betrayal, Secretiveness, Condemnation, Furtiveness, Rejection! The red poppy of remembrance has lost its Life's Blood of compassion and love, All that remains is spite, hatred and pain. Sisterhood was nothing but a dream from "Once Upon a Time in An Unnatural Life." It was neither real nor honest. Nevermore. One day in the near future a book will be published about this poisoned and poisonous dynasty of hate, greed and lack of love.' Dedicated to Claudia.

I was born in South Africa and then studied for at Rhodes University under professor Brian Bradshaw. I lived in Northwestern British Columbia, Canada for 9 years. and during that time opened an art gallery (with gift shop), and a working studio where I painted and taught people to do the same. Although being a landscape painter using pastel has been a lifelong love, I now explore other media in an effort to express my strong thoughts and emotions\ . This has been a voyage of discovery where I have found new dimensions I was only able to dream of in the past. Please note that ALL of my images (C.N.
