this one has an ancestral force, something epic, that reminds me the beginning of creation.

Lia: You have mastered the ebb, and flow of pigments, producing a lovely image!
once again its the vivid reds and oranges that strikes me followed by the darker colours. i like the way they are layered on top of one another. beautiful textures within this artwork and wonderfully produced and created.
A drop of lava and a piece of burnt wood is what I see, Lia. I absolutely love that Turkish blue and the colour contrast! All those yellows and reds that breathe tamed passion against that deep blue - beautiful! - it tells a whole story! I've never seen an abstract image saying so much about the transience of human life! Really impressive!
Lucifer, Prometheus! The Trickster stealing fire from the gods and making man more than a mere beast.
The shards of light breaking off from The One, and down, down into matter to start its ascent back from mineral to plant to animal to man to gods.
I'm reading the sexual power as well. There's a lot of tension in this piece! Very interesting direction.
I like the warm/cool contrast, though perhaps the blue/orange compliment is too direct and the pigments look very straight out of the tube. You could try mixing the colors more, and could also vary the chromatic intensity so that maybe the cool area is more neutral (or vice versa). It would certainly intensify the warm by contrast.
