This is a found object sculpture. 100% of the materials are recycled commercial refuse and everyday objects such as computers, printers, and piping. All pieces are carefully screwed with recycled screws during assembly, no glues. Robots are refinished with Metallic Silver Paint.

Joyce Hiromi Taniguchi was born in Hawaii in 1968. She now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, with her husband and two children. Much of the inspiration for her art comes from being raised in the Hawaiian islands. From snowy mountains, forests, towns and ranches to volcanoes and beaches all within a short distance, added infinite color to life on the islands. She hopes that her art helps people to think outside the box and encourages other to create & innovate.
