Eric studied with Hairy Who Imagist Karl Wirsum at SAIC, Chicago.= His icons for Emigre appeared in articles/awards/exhibits including: I.D Magazine, Graphis Poster, MTv, Wired, Eye, Zed design journal,Typography 16: Annual of the TDC, Atlas online, Postmaster's Gallery-NYC "Can-U-DigIt?" Exhibit, AIGA Miami "Face-Off" Exhibit, and several Design Books by Steven Heller, Rick Poyner, etc.
= His Design Practice includes images for Oracle & Knight Foundation Annual Reports, Keilhauer, Chronicle Books, Ten Speed Press, American Illustration, Kent State Press, Vanderbyl Design & Tolleson Design. He has work in the AIGA Archives. He has taught Rendering and Typography at Kent State, and Univ.of Akron.
