For thirty years now, our everyday life has been totally transformed by the growing part that the culture of the images is taking, and, the way it totally transformed our perception of the different messages. The sequencing of the images in the paintings that refers to the comics can bring a new dynamic and an even more accurate way of painting.
If psychoanalysis has played a huge role in the 50s, the critic of the consumer society during the POP ART years, the presentations of facts in short or long stories (cinema, advertisement, politics) associated to the super-heroes of our time truly transforms the painters into directors who gave birth to STORYTELLING ART.
The STORYTELLING ART is first of all a sequential art that can at the same time be read and seen in a comfortable and classical way, forms and codes attributed to comics but used with mediums and dimension of classical painting.

STORYTELLING ART is also : reading without speech bubbles, texts for the spectators that call for the inner super-hero in each one of us

Autodidact with a very traditional course artistic : long training of the black and white drawing (black lead, charcoal, gouache, then acrylic) before associating it colors(watercolour and oil).
