Javier Gomez

Javier Gomez was born and raised in Panama. After completing college he left Panama to travel, finding himself in Costa Rica, Milan, Miami and New York. He eventually settled in New York where he studied Photography at NYU before going on to work with well known fashion photographer Steven Klein and then with style 'guru' Colin Cowie.

Gomez's work has been exhibited at solo shows both nationally and internationally. His works can be found in the collections of Bill Clinton, Pele, Colin Cowie, Samuel Botero, and Tom Filicia.

Gomez also works with the non profit organization RBRW to help and rehabilitate children who have suffered from child abuse. Additionally, he teaches adults photography and motivates them to develop their artistic side.
