from Skoghall, Sweden. I mainly paint in my practice. Using film references, mythology and quotations from art history, I sample and reconfigure these sources into places that are located between reality and fiction.

Luc Tuymans once said in an interview that after he had seen a film he tried to capture the whole film into one single image and that a good painting is doing the opposite. It generates other images so that you are unable to remember the painting correctly.
