Bella Tchicourel

Bella Tchicourel was born in Izmir and raised in Israel, studied Graphic Art and Art History in Haifa. In 1983 she moved to the Netherlands. Her greatest inspirations include Matisse, Schiele, Hockney, and Georgia O'Keeffe.

Studied Graphic Art and Art History in Haifa. In 1983 she moved to the Netherlands where she followed additional courses in new techniques.
On top of it she spent a few summer months in Pietra Santa, Italy carving sculptures in marble which were melted in bronze.

In early 2004, Bella made her debut with a group exhibition in The Hague followed by a solo exhibition in maastricht.
She has since exhibited throughout The Netherlands, Antwerp (Belgium), Frankfurt (Germany) and in New York Art Expo followed by two exhibitions in Tribeca Gallery in Manhattan(US).
