Anamaria Almanza is a multidisciplinary artist born in 1985, Bogotá, Colombia.
Is an artist passionate specially for drawing, since a child, her focus is realistic and figurative art.
She had the oportunity to work and learn with the renowend colombian Artist Alfredo Araújo Santoyo.
Currently she makes her own artwork in her studio in Bogotá.
Anamaria studied Fine Arts at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and also studies of Master of drawing at University of Granada, in Spain. Her work, which ranges etching and drawing with charcoal and mixed technique on wood specially, some of her artwork have been exhibited at Sede de la Fundación Legado Andalucí, Granada, Spain, in the National Museum of Colombia and El Chicó Museum in Bogotá.
