growing up across new england, brett explored underground art networks on the internet. as a teenager, he designed graphics online and sold them for u.s. dollars at virtual, international auctions. after that, he pursued a bachelor of arts at brown university in providence, rhode island.
brett studied an independent concentration at brown and cross-registered at the rhode island school of design, graduating magna cum laude. he also studied sculpture at the international summer academy of fine arts and media in venice, italy.
brett's artwork has been exhibited at the zenobio palace, world trade center, ivy film festival, brown university, and the rhode island school of design.
today, brett practices at his studio in new york city, using a varied practice of sculpture, new media, video, and installation to create conceptual art.
