Mostly my artworks are done in graphics, to be exact - I prefer pencil drawing and monochrome color palette. I find graphics very impressive and eloquent technique, as it combines dynamic and static in itself and gives an opportunity to convey the depth of space. Accidentally, I came up with the idea that the graphic artworks in general had always made the more energetically strong effect.

I’ve been always inspired by technique of the old masters in the aspect of the very concept of excellence and secret visual codes. I’m still fascinated by their perfect skills and undiscovered messages. The art, in my way of perceiving, is an interflow of mastery and the idea encrypted in the image a viewer is able to see through its shape. I can’t fully appreciate decoratively applied art that only means to be beautiful, because art is more about the idea and the emotion. It’s a way of speaking, a translation, a special code. In my view, art is about the inner, the intensity, the feeling, especially the feeling. It’s something one was able to survive and remelt into another form.
