Caroline Bertrand

Born in Montreal, i always had a passion for observation drawing wherever i went.
I completed a B.A. in visual art at UQAM, where i specialised in painting, developing a raw and gestual style. I then pursued my studies to become a teacher.
I now teach in a multiethnic area of Montreal where the kids come from more then 42 countries, it is a daily experience full of cultural richness and interaction which enriches my practices.
Life that nourishes art, and art that nourishes life..
in the lasts years, i participated in many exhibits and events in Montreal and the surroundings, many of them with the goal of making artworks more accessible and visible to a large audience.
