David Mcadam Freud

I make art, usually with oil on canvas to help me digest and mature feelings and thoughts about subjects close to my heart. The way I paint depends on the work. My landscapes try planting our fundamental archetypes securely into nature, a ceremony of connection. Currently, studies of a 1937 sculpture of a sandstone horse made by my father, Lucian are helping me come to terms with some regrets I have over lost opportunities.
