Igor Flikshteyn

As an artist who was born in Moldova and now divides my time between New York and Florida, I have been inspired by a rich variety of cultures and experiences. From a young age, I attended art school and studied classical history and painting, which laid the foundation for my lifelong passion for art.
In New York, I attended Parsons School of Design with a focus on Fine Art and Design. Later, I had the privilege of continuing my education at the Art Students League of New York under the guidance of Max Ginsburg and Sharon Sprung, two renowned realists of the old school.
For me, observation is the key to inspiration. Painting is how I feel and think. People and their stories are my primary source of inspiration.

Painting in oils for many years, I also recognize the potential of new technologies to enhance and expand my artistic expression. That is why I have embraced the digital universe as a new medium for my art. I love the freedom that digital media grants me, allowing me to explore new techniques and experiment with different styles.
