Richard Bladimir Sotomayor Pallaroso

My name is Richard Bladimir Sotomayor Pallaroso, and I was born on July 9, 1994, in Ecuador. Ever since I can remember, I have been fascinated by the world of drawing, an art that has been with me since childhood. At the age of 11, I underwent a significant change by moving to Italy, specifically to Messina, where I spent much of my adolescence.

Despite my primary occupation, I have consistently nurtured a love for art, an interest that has grown with me over the years. I currently reside in Spain and dedicate myself to the creation of digital images. This new artistic chapter allows me to explore the infinite possibilities offered by contemporary technology.

Creating images is my passion: a constantly evolving process that leads me to explore ever-new styles and characteristics. Through constant dedication, I refine and experiment until I find the form of expression that best represents my uniqueness.

The goal is to share with the public a special kind of art, capable of astonishing and filling empty spaces with a touch of originality. My repertoire ranges across diverse forms and styles, offering a variety of propositions to satisfy different tastes and needs.

My artistic journey blossomed from a fortuitous encounter and a deep well of passion. 18 years ago, as a young and aspiring artist, I had the incredible fortune of becoming a student of the world-renowned artist, Alex Caminiti.

For two years, I learned under his masterful guidance. He honed my techniques, but more importantly, he instilled in me a way of seeing. His teachings were a voyage of self-discovery, encouraging me to perceive the world with fresh eyes and capture its essence in my art.

Through my art, I hope to evoke emotions, spark reflection, and forge a connection with the viewer.

My artistic journey is just beginning, but I am forever grateful for the strong foundation I have built and the inspiration that continues to guide me. A special thanks to Alex Caminiti, my mentor and friend, for illuminating my artistic path.

Dear friends and enthusiasts,
As many of you will know, I have always worked with dedication on my works, but only recently have I started sharing them with the public.

The reasons are diverse and complex. First of all, I have always had a rather introverted and reserved character, and the idea of ​​exposing myself to public judgment intimidated me. Additionally, I suffered from perfectionism, putting off sharing my work out of fear that it wasn't perfect enough.

I am aware that I could have started earlier, but I believe that everything has its time. Now I am ready to face new challenges and get involved with enthusiasm.
