Mehmet Ünal

1951 born in Canakkale/ Turkey. Until 1969 numerous casual jobs. 1969 joining an acting course. Until 1976 working as an actor at different theatres in Istanbul. Immigration to Germany in November 1976. Since 1977 working as a freelance photographer and journalist for German and Turkish magazines and newspapers. Publication of numerous photo reports.

"The Seventh Cross"

An exhibition about the same named novel written by Anna Seghers and in connection with the author's 80th birthday. Several photographers from Mainz joined the exhibition.
