Frances Louw

Born : 1958, in Cubwe/Broken Hill (Zambia/Northern Rhodesia). Emigrated to South Africa in 1963.

After time spend in Mauritius, Mediterranean & Israel up to 1990, she settled down in the Netherlands were she currently reside.
