Miss Kerri-Daniel

My motivation as a visual artist, is to create socially engaged artwork. My paintings record diverse landscapes and weathered subjects, narrating a poignant, symbolic representation of the human condition.Themes of heritage, displacement, the built-environment and cultural ambiguities in mundane spaces, are often examined.

Alumni of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), graduating in 2006 with a B.F.A. in Painting.

In 2012, participated in a Summer Residency Program at the School of Visual Arts (SVA), New York City.

Prospective Graduate Student in M.A. Art History Museum Studies Program(CUNY)for consecutive years;2013-2014, 2014-2015.(Never Enrolled)
