It started like a play, it continued like a hobby and it became my job. That's how I could describe the evolution of my painting. After a faculty of journalism and publicity jobs, I decided that I wanted more freedom to express myself, to tell the world stories through colors, to create my own universe. The characters from my works are characters that my grandparents used to read me from books, characters I have once encountered on the road of life, characters in movies, characters I have always imagined to be my imaginary friends. They are melancholic, they fall in love, they are happy when they feel the sun's rays of summer and nostalgic when the rain drops touch their cheeks.

The insipidity comes from everything that surrounds me, from days and nights, from the souls with which I breathed at least once in my life.

From every painted face I also take part, because otherwise I could not fully understand them. I really think the stories never end up. Every man carries the story with him. I am glad to know that I have a source of inspiration, that there will always be other and other faces full of past, present and future that await me to give them life.
The technique I use is acrylic on canvas.
