Adam Matta

Adam Matta is a musician and artist from New York City. As a musician he has toured with The Carolina Chocolate Drops, and recorded three Grammy-nominated albums with the band, and with artist, Rhiannon Giddens. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, BAM, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Telfair Museum, New Museum for Contemporary Art, and many more stages around the world, as a solo artist, and in collaboration with many dozens of the world's critically-acclaimed artists, including Bobby McFerrin, Tim Lefebvre, Aaron Comess, David Fiuczynski, Karsh Kale, Hank Roberts, reg e gaines, Roy Wooten, Bora Yoon, Shara Worden, and many more.
