Adrian Shaw

My work examines ideas of 'the Human Environment', with particular emphasis on Memory, Transition and Identity. I term this 'Tourism'.
I use a photographic approach, coupled with montage and mixed-media.
As a trained artist as well as scientist, I try to encapsulate a 'Sci-Art' aspect, especially in regard to 'the Human Environment'.
My 'style' is faux-naive, and my work, apart from portraiture, often explores 'landscapes of the imagination'.
