An entirely self-taught and independent emerging artist whose artworks are held in private collections in the USA, UK, Europe, China and Russia.
My art is a continuous creative search for raw authenticity in urban environments and human forms that are constantly changing. I want to show beauty in the darkest and most everyday things that surround people in residential areas of the ex-Soviet Union. Places have history and experience. Cities are weathered by time and through use, taking on a personality of their own from the people and the things that have interacted with them.
