Anna Nagy was born in Budapest in 1985. Since childhood, she developed a passion for photography, starting to take pictures with her father's analog Praktica camera and using the bathroom as a darkroom.
In the beginning, she studied Aesthetics with the goal of becoming an art curator. After completing her PhD studies, from 2018 to 2022, she worked on the production of documentary films in Rome. Since 2022, she has been a lecturer at Kodolányi University, teaching Documentary filmaking. Starting in 2023, she is finally working as a freelance.
