2021 Abstraction - Meeting the Moment

As a new world is being birthed, so is a new series of paintings. I sought out new tools, techniques and mediums of expression to meet the moment. This series is more bold than etherial, using acrylic paint, rollers, sharp edges, high flow mediums, and celebrated 'mistakes'... The intention shifting towards capturing the moment through design, contrast, differences, and exploring a new language of expression which is both whimsical and deep.
