Amulets

In the works from the “Amulet” series the artist creates the reconstruction of ancient jewellery, based on the results of archaeological research by Kazakh scientists. Jewellery amulets were an important part of culture of the nomadic tribes inhabiting the Great Steppe. Using vintage ornaments, traditional forms of jewellery, and multilayer picturesque letters give the artist the ability to create unique works on historical themes, while ensuring that the modernity of the subject matter.
