The title comes from a publicity write up describing her as the girl with "those alluring lips and dreamy eyes." Something in her look -- a certain innocence and dreamy hopefulness -- is timeless, as though her dream still exists, needing to be fulfilled. Giving her a second chance at her dream became the concept of this artwork. Colors include sky blue, dark blue, black, gold, yellow, red, white, orange, green, pink and purple.
