About the work This work is a combination of wool stitches, vintage fabric flowers, shiny blue puffs, and fabric wicker. This colorful piece with a vintage frame is an expression of the way I felt around my 39th birthday. It's structured with stripes with a burst of flowers and frivolousness. Just like my life at that point. Inspiration I am always inspired by traditional garments, because of the layers, textures, shapes, patterns, and colors. There is always much going on in those types of garments, without over shouting. About me. I am an artist who loves to express herself via art. An artwork is never a well-thought plan, but a result of what arises in the moment. I always connect to my soul when I make my artwork. So my art is a true expression of my soul energy.
