New York born 1966 / Japan-based artist, Craig Anczelowitz seamlessly merges fine art, design & craft traditions in his mixed-media works. His allegorical pieces, often constructed with 17th&18th c. Japanese calligraphy papers reflect Craig’s cross-cultural ‘East-meets-West’ aesthetic; drawing parallels between the 2 countries (and cultures) he navigates.
