ABOUT THE ARTWORK
So much for 2021 getting off on a good foot. The Capitol insurrection inspired me to create this new series I am working on of strong military women with positive messaging for change. I hope, and I know things will get better tho! Just painted this piece over a 1961 USA map I found in an old National Geographic magazine. The skateboard deck is reclaimed and every 6 that I buy, saves 18lbs of waste going into the landfill.
