I find beauty and inspiration in patterns and textures whether observed on the forest floor, the tagged walls of abandoned buildings, or stacked shipping containers in a port city. I integrate my painting and photography to re-construct what (and how) I see in new ways. I also find relationships in the geometry of patterns found in disparate places. My idea of a perfect day is to wander collecting images to re-combine in new and surprising ways.
