About The Artwork
I was inspired to create this image of a homunculus after watching a YouTube video of a man mixing his seed with a chicken egg. The homunculus first appears by name in alchemical writings attributed to Paracelsus (1493–1541). It still haunts me to this day. Giclee Fine Art Printing on Hahnemühle German Etching Paper.
