Black ink on vintage book papers adhered to gallery wrapped canvas. Sides are painted black hence no framing is required. It is wired in the back and ready to be hanged. I have used papers from an Indian history as the background for this artwork. Gandhi is internationally known freedom fighter and human rights advocate. His commitment to non-violence and his belief in simple living—making his own clothes, eating a vegetarian diet and using fasts for self-purification as well as a means of protest—have been a beacon of hope for oppressed and marginalized people throughout the world. Satyagraha remains one of the most potent philosophies in freedom struggles throughout the world today, and Gandhi’s actions inspired future human rights movements around the globe, including those of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. in the United States and Nelson Mandela in South Africa. One of a kind !

My abstract works are primarily based on color, geometry and space. Inspired by nature, my unique style creates texture and illusion of depth by interweaving mediums. Each drop of paint is organically spread over canvas and paper to create exquisitely fine details through which the subject emerges with delicate and mosaic like details. All of my works are one of a kind!
