About The Artwork

In my garden I grew a lot of flowers for the bees, It is interesting to study them working, always doing their task. We are so depending on them for our food and yet we are causing problems for them. I like to study them in detail, making a close-up portrait. Not one turns out exactly the same, they all get their own expression. I hope we will stop destroying their environment, both for them and for us. I enjoy to look at them so closely, trying to catch in detail their construction and expression.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

Born 1959 Sodertalje, Sweden. My work deals with aspects of the individual and her relationships. Familiar matters meaning the family relation, familiar recognizable situations and relation to nature. I try to understand our part in the cycle of nature, as part of the nature. I work with any material that is suitable for the moment. I started of with painting, drawing and sculpture. Went on to explore digital techniques for computerinstallations and animations. Now I am back to where I started enjoying painting again. Still fascinated about life, human, the nature, animals, us humans as part of the planet. I love to spend my time in the studio, working and reflecting about life or take the bike or a walk in the nature. I love to go to the sea, it is calming and I often try to reflect what I see in my artwork. When I am not working in the studio I love to play the flute and grow vegetables in my garden.
