Commitment Drawing

This portrait was a figure study drawn from life, capturing a moment of genuine connection despite meeting the model for the first time. I believe that faces and body postures reveal truths that transcend initial encounters. Through this observation, I found a reflection of my own inner world. The process of prolonged, judgment-free observation was deeply enjoyable and allowed for the creation of an honest artwork. The direct and spontaneous depiction with a simple felt pen resulted in a piece that embodies authenticity. Permanent artist ink marker pen on 160g brown acid free paper. The drawing is signed and a certificate of authenticity is included.
