About The Artwork
31st of December 2018. Riding an electric scooter on my way to a New Years eve party where I would paint a mural, I injured my writing hand on an accident. It was a bad way to start a new year, finding a way to deal with the winter, loneliness and constant physical pain. I started training calligraphy with my left hand, but it would still hurt the right hand. It seems that my brain would still try to move the right hand, even immobilised. The only thing I could do with my left hand without making the pain bigger was lines, so I started doing them. After getting the right hand back, I changed back to it, this time to do the rehab and get my movements right. It is what kept me breathing.
