About The Artwork
As a pencil artist I always work with charcoals and graphite. This time i worked with only charcoal because i wanted to avoid the shiny effects created when light strikes graphite because I needed a pitch black color. The drawing shows a woman's portrait and a city in the background where her full figure is also seen staring from afar into the city. This is why I titled this drawing "Dare to dream" because the figure needs to take the bull by the horn and control her city by coming out from the shadows. Done on acid free cardboard. Will be securely packaged for shipping.
