"Duel" Drawing

I was born in Murmansk, Russia in 1963. Now live in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Married with two sons. Painting is my way of existence, a means to understand life, human being, faith, religion, history, a way to search answers to eternal questions raised by philosophers, poets and artists many centuries ago. The world since then has changed a lot technologically, but people still fight, build, destroy and build again, they love and hate, betray and self-sacrifice. My artworks are addressed to those who seek a story, a thought, an idea in an artwork, for those able to stop and reflect.
