I have been studying facial expressions with minimal movement, just eyes and mouth perhaps, by drawing rather large faces on litoposters and colouring them with watercolour and colour pencils. In this case I did leave large part of the paper empty because the face seemed to require such solution.
Looking at her I wonder what she's feeling: her expression is sharp and decisive, she is not angry and holds the collar of her coat like in cold weather. She is strong and rather mysterious...
