I was born in december 1957 in Ljubljana Despite the constant desire to create art from childhood and adolescence onwards my life path did not lead to a formal and professional artistic activities. Over the years I began to devote my time to drawing and painting. In recent years, art has become the essence of my life. I have been devoted to the creation and independent education. My works have been presented in several group and solo exhibitions; recent solo exhibitions were in Slovenia in July 2015 in Ljubljana in Gallery Spomeniškovarstveni Centre where I presented over fifty works, in Škofja Loka in Gallery Hall Sokolski dom in 2016, in Hotel Elizabeta and in Hotel Lipa in Spa Terme Lendava in Lendava in 2016 and in 2017, in Lendava in FEDERATION OF CULTURAL SOCIETIES in 2018, in DOSOR Gallery in Radenci, Slovenia in 2019, Society for Culture, Lendava in 2020 . In combination with expressive colours, my aproach in design, relationships of areas, form and colour, is analytical. My paintings are often inspired by expressionists, but what makes my work unique are feminine forms. I choose and sometimes abstract clasical subjects such as humans, landskapes, still life, sometimes with symbolic meaning. Colours as they appear in nature are often combined with symbolic, contrast colours which are used for describing intimate pieces of the surrounding world. I also do custom made portraits, landskapes etc. as ordered by customer. Customer usually sends a photo by e-mail. Style can be realistic or more modern, expressive.
