''Gesture of Fearlessness'' Drawing

The Impressionists, and I'm influenced strongly by them as a self-taught artist. I was wondering what you all thought of the term "self taught artist." In m experience..I am a self-taught artist' because so many use it in the wrong context. I have studied art though out my life, Techniques and skill and even a point of view are often handed down, formally or not. It's easier to get started if you're taught, of course. But art ...!! If an individual has the desire to become an artist, that person will some how acquire the know-how of learning the skills. It may be through art classes, art workshops, college, or learning on their own....but it is not really important how he or she learns, as long as in the process and in the final result, he or she becomes the accomplished artist. #Inspired by human, nature and time also,
