ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The work comes from my experience in childhood of visiting a photography exhibition in Hiroshima. The image represents a girl who had burnt by the atomic explosion, the dust from her body had stuck on the wall. Although it is said the actual shadows are vanishing after years, school trip to the museum has been continued in Japan, for the purpose of not to forget the fear of the war. The drawing is made using an original technique. The surface has a slight texture. Charcoal from burnt rose, ink and embossing glitter powder on paper
