About The Artwork

It is a project that mixes technology and spirituality, makes us meditate on the borders of objects in relation to our consciousness and unconsciousness. How light is an object? Its density, weight and gravity are not only limited to the limits of its form but also to its psychological and metaphysical scope. makes us reflect on the power of attraction of objects around our own psyche. A rock and its reflex games work like an algorithm since they are only perceptible by the person who interacts with it. It seeks to generate a space where materials and times are mixed. The rocks have always served as an object of admiration, a monolith shaped over time and carved by humans. This new rock seeks to recreate that same sensation but from a contemporary point of view, where one can see oneself in it and, like a selfie, oneself is the object of one's own contemplation.

As an architect, I work on the development of spatialities, in the atmospheres of absence, in discouraged presences. They are images that induce feeling and staying on the border between the recognizable and the strange, between definition and indefiniteness; dystopias, where space-time and chiaroscuro mix, to make us reflect on our existence, using oil, installation, photography, animation and digital art. Architecture gave me the ability to project an idea that is already finished even before starting it. My process then consists of breaking that image by means of multiple analog and digital techniques simultaneously. Everything ends in spaces, landscapes of opposing sensations, where architecture and visual arts converse. This leads me to analyze what is happening around me and its causes. My work finds its origin there, in analysis and criticism. I expose our circumstances in relation to social, scientific, metaphysical and spiritual questions.
