ICHTHYS FYAH Drawing

At first glance, my drawings seem to be abstract art, but the more the gaze of the spectator lingers on the reliefs, the more the figurative forms scattered here and there appear clearly, and come to give meaning to the chaos of curves and colours. Like DNA, my works are codified. Each element of nature, water, earth, fire and air, has a graphic design of its own. These abstract graphics, curved or rectilinear, crossed or uncrossed, represent for me the backbone of creation. In the drawing, "Ichthys Fyah", the graphism of the water, curved and crossed, comes to welcome in its interlacing the shape of a fish ready to bite a hook in the form of inverted question mark. Access to the hidden mysteries of nature, here emphasized by the eye bulb present on the body of the fish, is here the spiritual subject that I wanted to evoke.
