In the fall 2 Drawing

I was born 1954 and grew up in the southwest of Sweden. I started to work professionally with art 1983. I also worked as a Senior Lecturer of Fine Art at the University of Gothenburg and I am a member of The Swedish Printmakers’ Association. Teaching has been a part of my artistic work but now I’m working exclusively with my own process-based art. I believe that the meaning of art is to reflect the human being and our reality. Art is a way to view thoughts in different perspectives and to ask all kind of questions about every-day life and our existence. Right now, I’m working with erosion, withering and layers of time. Artists and the viewers can be, you and me, in a reciprocal action. For me art is a tool, not a goal.
