About The Artwork
I did this drawing on an old map of India. It is a way to express an idea, of vision of a part of the world. The paper is ancient and has got a beautiful color through the years. It was printed in 1908 with the map of India, and I did my part with the tiger very recently, in 2024, with black indian ink and color inks. The tiger is peacefully resting, maybe waiting for some pray to pass by.
